The Product Contact Point (PCP) provides information on the national rules and requirements for products in EU member states.
The PCP can help in the following situations:
- requirements for products in EU Member States;
- direct contact details for the competent authorities;
- information on remedies and procedures available in case of a dispute between the competent authority and the business, including the problem-solving procedure provided by the SOLVIT service;
- information on the principle of mutual recognition and the application of Regulation 2019/515.
